environment for their employees. Utilizing OSHA 1926 Standards for Construction as a
foundation, We want to help you develop and implement functional safety policies and
procedures that will address any hazard that may exist on your job site.
It is our belief that safety begins with your employees. Employee compliance is the key to
any successful safety program. For the employee to comply, they need to be well-trained,
they need to see that management is behind the safety initiatives, and a comprehensive
program for “On Site” auditing of policy implementation needs to be in place.

Eric has spent 30 years working in the construction industry
throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin and
Colorado.
Eric has partnered in two small utility contracting business in
Minnesota and most recently worked with a firm in Colorado as
project manager and safety director.
Working through the OSHA Institute and the Rocky Mountain
Education Institute in Denver, Eric has gained a Construction
Safety and Health Specialist certificate, Safety and Health
Specialist certificate as well as an Environmental Specialist
certificate.
